EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants, a retail property, casualty insurance brokerage and employee benefits consultant, announced today that HR Solutions Associate Consultant Danielle Reed has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Texas Payroll Conference (TPC).
HOUSTON, Texas /Mortgage and Finance News/ — EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants, a retail property, casualty insurance brokerage and employee benefits consultant, announced today that HR Solutions Associate Consultant Danielle Reed has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Texas Payroll Conference (TPC).
The Texas Payroll Conference was established in 1989 as a non-profit organization to provide continuing education to payroll professionals. The annual conference provides opportunities for payroll professionals across Texas and neighboring states to learn about technology advances, legislative and tax changes, professional development, and much more.
The TPC consists of a “working board” of twelve regular members and four advisors. Board membership requires a 4-year commitment; three years as a regular, active and voting board member and the fourth year as an advisor to the current board. Service for new Board members begins after each annual conference has concluded.
Board members and Advisors meet every other month at different locations across the state of Texas.
The 30th annual Texas Payroll Conference will take place on September 11 – September 14, 2019 at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country, 9800 Hyatt Resort Drive, San Antonio, TX.

In her role as an EPIC HR Solutions Associate Consultant, Reed leads client payroll and Human Resource Management System (HRMS) vendor selections and implementations, with a particular focus on clients in start-up, spin-off, mergers and acquisitions, and high-growth situations. She also serves as a functional expert in the implementation of time and attendance and payroll systems, working on a wide range of payroll and HRMS related projects.
